Frequently asked questions
Do we need to install anything?
No. Pocket Logistics runs in the browser: the office on a desktop, the godown on any phone. We create your company's branded login link for you.
How long does setup take?
Within 24 hours of your first call. We build the workspace with you the same day, and your team runs the day from the next morning.
What will staff need to learn?
Only the parts they use. POD staff choose the customer, type the delivery site, photograph the signed POD and send it. The office works with familiar register and challan terms, in English or Hindi.
How is our company data separated?
Each company works in its own workspace. Accounts and roles control who can see and change records, and every change is logged.
Where is our data stored?
In India. The workspace runs on Amazon Web Services in the Mumbai region, and every connection to it is encrypted.
What about e-way bills?
Enter the number and validity while booking, or add the bill from the portal's PDF. Reminders go out before a bill lapses, so the team can extend it in time. Message delivery depends on provider activation.
What about invoices and GST?
Premium prepares GST freight invoices, monthly T.B.B. bills and receipts with consistent numbering, ready for your CA. Corrections are credit notes, never edits to an issued invoice.
Can our customers see their own PODs?
Yes, when you switch it on. A consignor's staff get a read-only login to their own PODs, invoices and bills, and nothing else.
What does it cost?
Basic is ₹4,000 a month for up to about 1,500 PODs. Premium is ₹7,000 a month and adds billing, crossing challans, branches and e-way bill reminders. Larger companies get a Custom plan priced by POD volume. We confirm the details with you before setup.
